Working with interpreter training and cultural awareness training
Both the Migrant Resource Centre (South) and Migrant Resource Centre (North) offer training for clinicians and allied health workers around working with people of migrant and refugee backgrounds.
They also offer specialist training in working with interpreters.

Family Planning Tasmania - clinical training
Several clinical training programs are available through FPT, including IUD and Implanon training and cervical screening for nurses.
GPs can also complete the practical clinical component of the Family Planning Alliance Australia (FPAA) Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health in FPT clinics after completing the online theory component offered through Family Planning Victoria or NSW.
CERSH - Online Learning Modules – Rural Sexual Health Care
The Centre for Excellence in Rural Sexual Health currently offer 12 free and accredited learning modules on rural sexual health care. The modules can be taken individually or as a group, with RACGP and CDP points allocated accordingly. The modules include STI treatment and management, and service delivery of MTOP and LARC in a rural context.
Sexual Health Victoria (formerly Family Planning Victoria) – Professional Learning
Sexual Health Victoria offer a variety of certificate and non-certificate courses, for professionals including doctors, nurses and midwives, teachers, youth and community workers and disability professionals. They also have clinical resources available. Courses are available online and include IUD insertion, working with young people, teaching sexual health topics in schools, amongst other topics.

Australian Contraception and Abortion Care Practitioner Support Network (AusCAPPS)
This is an online community of practice to help primary health care providers connect with each other and access expert information. The Network's goal is to increase access to contraceptive and abortion services.
